I find this to be dangerous. I believe we should be focusing on oil independence over new oil production and land exploitation. We have so much to clean up, reuse, recycle. Green energy solutions create new jobs, there is just a sluggish wont to adopt these new industries because the legislation and control issues need to be worked out and frankly, much of the country has operated and is controlled by oil interests for so long that a change to green has to have some growing pains. But it won't come from those in charge. We need to push for it as consumers and voters to get it done as soon as possible.

I agree with you that our beaches and water need to be cleaned. Before all waterlife and the ocean goes all bad, and the pollution builds up to were there is no choice left to do.

Nicole,
The site is lovely. But you know how much I love my beach. It's not San Diego, but it is as good as it has been in years. Yes there is room for improvement, but I have seen much improvement over the years.

Luv ya,
Linda
